Camping Etiquette

RESPECT

Please, respect the land and take care of the space while you are using it. Most importantly, respect your fellow campers and their experience. Acts of disrespect may result in being asked to leave the campsite immediately

LEAVE NO TRACE

We do provide a bear proof garbage bin and many recycle bins on site. Please be tidy, in order to protect the land and the local wildlife. Cigarette butts, bread tags and used toilet paper do not belong on the ground. A mess left at your campsite may result in a cleaning fee

BE BEAR AWARE

This means all food and garbage must be stored in your vehicle or RV/travel trailer, completely inaccessible to any local wildlife. A bear can easily access a locked cooler next to your picnic table or in the box of your truck

QUIET TIME

11pm-8am, this means voices down and music off. Upsetting other campers between quiet times means you may be asked to leave.

PETS

Be a responsible pet owner, please be sure to be cleaning up after your animals. Any holes dug will result in a $100 reclaiming fee

GENERATORS

Running generators has been a consistent disruption to surrounding campsite neighbours. So we ask that you do not run your generator, so everyone can enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors.

BOATS

Absolutely no boats on campsites or in campground. You may park your boat in our field, when you first enter the property or contact Sentinel Storage in Windermere for secure lighted storage for $4 per night. Pete’s Marina in Invermere also has some storage.
